A legal disclaimer
Golden Soil Foundation reserves the right to use all donations in a manner consistent with its charitable mission and organizational needs. While every effort will be made to honor donor designations, the Foundation may redirect contributions to a similar program or area of greatest need if the original purpose can no longer be fulfilled.
Donations are generally non-refundable. Donations made in error must be reported to Golden Soil Foundation within seventy-two (72) hours of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Golden Soil Foundation is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of charitable contributions.
